Who you’ll be working with
The people behind Bolderminds are experienced guides — not gurus.
We’re a team of leadership coaches, adult development practitioners, and organizational psychologists who care about helping leaders grow the capacity to meet change with clarity, steadiness, and confidence.
The Team
Jared Taylor
Jared’s path into development began at Disney, during a period when he felt disengaged and started asking deeper questions about how people actually grow at work. That curiosity led him to create Disney’s first full-time employee engagement role, where he introduced bottom-up change practices, rolled out an emotional intelligence and mindfulness program with a 98% satisfaction rating, and served as Chief of Staff to the President and Chief Creative Officer. After Disney, Jared partnered with organizations including HP, Bristol Myers Squibb, and 3M. He lives in Boulder, CO where he finds perspective on the trails and in the kitchen.
